Irish Country Set Dancing in Columbus
Irish country set dancing is not Irish step dancing and it is not square dancing or contra dancing, but has elements of all. It is danced most commonly in a square of four couples (8 people).
This group formerly met once a month, 7-9 pm on fourth Fridays. Unfortunately, it didn’t survive the COVID-19 pandemic. The group could potentially be revived in the future if someone is willing to take on the job of running it.
